• Duplicate Order Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for a single VIN lookup inquiry due to system timeouts or browser re-submits.
• Empty / Blank Data Output: If our national data engines fail to return any background vehicle history details for a valid 17-digit US VIN.
• Technical Delivery Failures: If an electronic report is not delivered to your provided email address within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation and our support team cannot re-send it.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions
